Our cows also have continuous access to water to ensure they are always hydrated and healthy. 

Our eight-acre barn houses the whole herd in an open-stall configuration. The cows can freely move around the spacious barn, which allows them to socialize, sleep, and prevents the stress of tight spaces. Our cows even know when it’s time for milking! They come into the milking stalls freely and return to their open stalls when finished to eat and relax. 

Additionally, we have a separate nursery barn for cows ready to calve and a hospital barn for sick or injured cows, so they don’t have to worry about getting jostled around by the herd. Once they recover, they can then rejoin their herd.

By feeding our cows fresh-grown food and allowing them to roam, they produce a higher quality of milk. To keep their milk fresh, we run our delivery routes as soon as it is pasteurized and bottled so our milk never sees shelf or storage time. 

How Our Local Dairy Delivery Works

Scheduling a weekly dairy delivery in Wethersfield is easy. Just choose one of our subscriptions, then select the dairy products you would like delivered. There are three different subscriptions to choose from, including:

  • The Family Share: 8 products

  • The Full Share: 6 products

  • The Half Share: 4 products

You can always add other products as a la carte items through your account if you want something extra.

If you need to change your order or suspend your order because you will be out of town, log into your account to make changes. You can also add additional items and change subscription sizes through your account.
