Local Dairy Deliveries

You can choose from several items, including regular and chocolate milk in Connecticut. Our local dairy deliveries include milk products from our farm and dairy foods from local farms, including eggs, butter, and baked goods.

To get local food delivery, sign up for the subscription that best fits your family’s needs. We offer three subscriptions:

  • The Full Share: Choose six products.
  • The Half Share: Choose four products.
  • The Family Share: Choose eight products.

You can change your subscription as needed and add a la carte items if you want something extra.

Quality In, Quality Out

When you receive our products in your Stafford milk delivery, you know they are fresh and made with quality ingredients. Everything we feed the cows is grown right on our farm. They also get all the fresh well water they can drink.

Every day, we pick up any food they haven’t eaten and put out fresh food. Our cows are not stuck in a stall all day – they have free roam of an eight-acre barn, so they can eat and sleep when they want. And there’s plenty of room for the whole herd to lie down.

We milk the cows three to four times every day, so the milk is always fresh. And, because we spent over 100 years learning how to spoil the cows and keep them happy, we have separate barns for milking, a hospital barn, and even a nursery barn.

Because we feed food grown right on our farm, we know what goes into our cows’ diets. We do not use any chemicals other than medications needed to keep them healthy. We do not use growth hormones or other chemicals in our cows’ feed or water.

Fresh Milk Delivery and Fresh Dairy and Baked Goods

Oakridge Dairy and the Modern Milkman work with several local farms to bring you high-quality diary and goods, including:

  • Glass half-gallon of whole milk, 2% milk, and skim milk from Oakridge Dairy.
  • A plastic gallon of whole milk, 2% milk, and skim milk from Guida’s Dairy.
  • Half-gallon of chocolate milk.
  • Quart of coffee milk, strawberry milk, and chocolate peanut buttermilk.
  • Quart of heavy cream and half & half.
  • 16 ounces of sour cream, cottage cheese, and chocolate pudding.
  • 32 ounces whole milk non-homogenized plain yogurt.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese.
  • ½-pound salted butter.
  • Dozen eggs.
  • 6-pack grinder rolls.
  • 4-pack brioche buns.
  • One loaf of 7-grain Wecka bread.

You can choose to receive the same order every week or change it as often as you wish. Just give us at least three days’ notice to make changes. You can even pause your order if you plan to be out of town for a week or two.

We also deliver specialty items where the flavors change weekly:

  • 16 ounces Skyr yogurt.
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese dip.
  • Various sizes of cheese.
  • 8-pack cookies.
  • 6-pack bagels.
  • 6 ounces of granola.

Choose the number of products you want with your fresh milk delivery. You can also add specialty items to your order. We request that you make any changes at least three days before the delivery date.
