Our local food delivery services work on a subscription. The subscription you choose determines how many products you can choose each week.

• A full share is six products of your choice per week.

• A half share is four products of your choice per week.

• The family share is eight products per week.

You are not locked into the number of products you can choose. We also have an a la carte menu for those looking for something extra that week. You might have guests and want an extra gallon of milk, or you might want to try one of our freshly baked goods. Once you create an account, you can add any extras to your order.

If you find that the half or full share is not enough for your family, you can upgrade to the family share anytime. Likewise, if you think the family or full share is too much, you can downgrade at anytime.

The milk you get comes right from our farm. We get special items, such as bread, eggs, butter, cookies, and more for our local food delivery services from local farms that we partner with. What happens if I am going to be out of town on delivery day?

Whether you’re planning a vacation or going out of town, The Modern Milkman has made it easy to put your subscription on pause. You can suspend your subscription for the week up to three days before your delivery day. Just log into your account to suspend your delivery for the week.

How does my delivery stay cold until I get home from work?

We recommend that you put a cooler on your porch, or you can purchase a milk box from us. We’ll put your delivery in the cooler to keep the products cold. Plus, it protects it from animals that might climb on your porch looking for a snack.

I already have a subscription, but I want to give my friend or relative the gift of trying The Modern Milkman. How do I do that?

You can purchase gift cards from our gift shop! Your friend can log in and create their own subscription for farm fresh milk delivery.

What if I don’t like the weekly flavor of something I have in my regular subscription?

You can make changes to your delivery at least three days before your delivery date. Log into your account or visit us on social media to find out what flavors of cookies, bagels, and other products we have each week.
